Okay, so this has to be the dorkiest thing you have ever heard:

The first episode, here...Jan 4, I'm watching and they have this scene in front of "New York State University", which, you have to know, doesn't exist, and none of the state universities have a seal that looks ANYTHING like what they put there...so...I'm thinking: Just like they change the names of universities for all sorts of television shows...must be a legal thing. So, the chase scene, they are jumping over the lion, and I thought...maybe they created the New York City Library (with the Marble lions on the front steps), so I backed up to take a look....It's the VANCOUVER ART MUSEUM. (thought the tie-in was pretty funny. I hadn't looked before, but I thought they were filming this in LA!) They didn't cover up the name over the doors.

Like the old movies. If a person watched old movies, they'd come to the conclusion that the entire earth looked like southern California - dry, dirt, rock, scrub brush. Ha!

But how did they get all the way up in Van for that scene? Wonders.
