Okay, so I need contact information to get the DVDS. I know we had it on UYB, but um, I think that was one of are little morsels that was lost when it went down. So anyone have the address, contact information to get them? Just post it in this thread and I'll lock the contact information for future reference.

Insight Film Studios Ltd. 112 West 6th Avenue Vancouver, British Columbia Canada V5Y 1K6 ATTN: Annie-Claude Langlois Office Coordinator Insight Film Studios

When I placed my order they cost just under $100 for the 13 episode set (that has extended/additional scenes).

Gab had the info as well as forwarded it to me. I'm going to wait to verify that the information is still correct, then lock this thread for reference.

Contact information is still correct. However, I spoke with someone named Lara. Your best bet is to e-mail them first to verify before sending, but otherwise the information, cost etc. is correct for US residents. The cost is slightly more within Canada (don't have a clue why). I was going to lock the thread, but I figure I'd leave it open in case there are any updates in the future.

I contacted them, and they gave me the price in Canadian dollars. Does that mean they want a check/money order in Canadian funds? And, if so, how do I do that?

I would email them back and specify that you are in the States and they should send you a corrected invoice. It could be that they had accidently enclosed the wrong one and didn't realize it.

Definitely email them and let them know because Lara gave me Canadian first then e-mailed me again, oh wait, Canadian or US and then gave me the US price, which is about $98.

I've sent several e-mails, but they stop responding as soon as I mention American dollars. I really want to see the deleted scenes, but this is getting annoying. Could I possibly borrow the DVDs from someone?

Could I possibly borrow the DVDs from someone? Jaded, you have to give them time. Keep in mind that the e-mail is info@ and if it's anything like our news@ for my work, then it's whoever gets a chance to go through the file. since you have the okay, you could send off for them. It's 98 US for it and I assure you, they are not trying to be rude or ignore you. In fact, I got mine today. I ordered them two weeks ago. But then again, I live in comfortable driving distance from Vancouver so things always get to me quicker when shipped form BC.

hedani - I did give them time. In fact, they responded in quite a timely fashion when I asked for the contact information. However, they were silent on the two e-mails I sent (one before, one after) about the price. I'm not being impatient; it's frustrating when they respond within a day to tell me where to send the check, but won't tell me how much.
jeantre- Thanks very much; I think I'll try that.

i took them a week to respond to me, which is why I said it's probalby a general email account like the news account at my work. And just because they received the other ones timely, doesn't mean they've gotten a chance to deal with the other ones. I just know how the multiuser emails are...sometimes the person checking doesn't have a clue what it's for, read it and then it takes forever for the right person to find it again. It's a lovely, pain the rear system.
I would go ahead and send $98 to the address we have in the thread with a note for what it's for, shipping address etc, plus contact information so they can get back to you if something is wrong. Trust me, it'll be fine.
Keep and eye on your account to see when the check goes through and then figure about two+ weeks, depending on where you're at (mine was only a week, but I live about 6.5 hrs driving from BC). The time Lara gave me was four to six weeks and I got them in two. Go figure.

I would, yes! When I had first emailed them, the person that does that part of it had been gone so it took a little bit, but it drew their attention more with a second email.
