So...does anyone know anything about the role Mark is supposed to play in POTC 3? He mentioned going to film it on his site, but there's nothing about it on imdb.com and I can't find mention of it anywhere else.

tpal2150, I am still waiting for the same information. I have committed to whatever his character is on my avatar on his site (still without an avatar there). I'm getting tense about this; it could be something really weird.  A lot about the new location and story-line is not being revealed. We may have to wait for the movie's release or a leak from one of the pre-release showings. |

Checked it out. Thanks, mercedesrown. It's nice to see Mark listed in the credits. With the name he has, it's a hint at what he may be "doing." Still, there is no picture of him in character.

Didn't get to screen, but Ryan did.
He said he's about 90 percent sure that the first person you see in the movie is Mark. He didn't spot him any where else. So don't miss the beginning.

I heard that you had to stay for the snip at the end of the credits to have any resolution to the "ending."
I guess that's a warning: Don't leave during the credits!

When I watched it in the cinema, I almost screamed when I saw Mark reading out the list of pirates and everything. I thought I was seeing things. Then I saw him again, and I knew it was him.
Oh, Siroc in POTC... *sighs*
Does anyone else remember the discussions we used to have about a musketeer who looked like Orlando Bloom? We called him Max, and I remember someone else and me wrote two separate fanfics trying explain why Max looked like Will Turner II. And now, this seems to strengthen the bond between POTC and YB... at least for me.
