Thanks for all the support everyone's shown.
There won't be a checkered flag on this entry though. "M" Stands for Mischief didn't make the finals.
However, if you do decide to drive by and vote for any of the finalists, please consider cvalin's entry. He's one of the writers on the novel collaboration I'm writing for. I know he'd appreciate it.
Thanks, JeanTre16

Nope, this isn't about a contest ... lol I'm just so excited because fanlib featured one of my d'Artagnan stories for father's day. It's on the home page carousel (third one). The REALLY neat thing is the picture they used. It's a great picture of our three boys. Awesome! I just want to keep my computer on that page just to look at their picture. lol www.fanlib.com/Oh, and Daring's got a whole article on her over there. nohiatus.fanlib.com/archives/631

Today, July 23, 2008, Fanlib made a shocking announcement: They're shutting down August 4th. Amazing!

I got so angry when I read that. Fortunately, a few of us are already working on a solution. I hope you decide to join in on our brigade, jean.

I just finished with the daily and am waiting for my coworker to finish admining to the Web...went on to fanlib...and found that note. What is up with this?
I guess they don't really need a reason to continue or shut down other than it's their choice, but considering how much I hate fanfiction.net, it's a real bummer. I actually finally started posting stuff on Fanlib too.
Okay, whatever, done being annoyed.
Daring, what do you have in the works?
Dani

Dani, I'm with you on the "not fond" of fanfiction.net site. I'll transfer some of my work there, but not all. Fanlib had a great presentation and very user friendly site. It will be missed. On that note, a HUGE thank you goes out to Gabrielle, Dani, and all those who have made this YBB site the great place it is. On the eve of the "fanlib inspired" book collaboration release, the kvpalum group is scrambling to roll with the changes. The Artifact may be delayed a week or so, but it is for the most part completed. I'll keep you posted on that.
