I've seen two episodes and I'm still not sure if I like it. It has the feel of a Terminator/War of the Worlds series. Maybe it's just me. I'd rather be watching Castle.

I lost interest in this show because it was too obtuse. It started as a man against alien, alien-taking-over-the-world, and whose-guns-are-bigger kind of show - "War of the Worlds"-like. Then the focus shifted to Nazi aliens harnessing kids to do their labor and pretty much killing everyone else. Maybe the watchers got bored with that because it morphed into aliens using a few otherwise victims as informants and kiddie abductors. To completely lose me, in walks ET, a masterminding tall-boy alien as wanting to chat with the main character, Noah Wyle.

Was anyone else confused or bored?

It seems others in my household like it so I'm a groupie. So yuckie though - skitters, spikes, creepy things, good guys dying. So sad.

This post is a bit after-the-fact, but what did you think of the season's ending? I'm not used to shows wrapping up in September, lol. The final episode took me by surprise because I expected it to continue into the fall. However, where the show ended made sense: the 2nd mass decides to strike out on their own and face the alien threat. But did they achieve what they thought they did in that last attack? I have a feeling they may have created new problems. But I can wait to find out. Sadly, I don't think I'll lose sleep waiting for the next season.
