Here's a place to discuss the writings that Tobias has posted to his web site. Since I started this, here goes my humble opinion on his art: Personally, I think his work stands out above the norm and exhibits a keen talent. I get the impression that he's put a lot of effort into studying his trade and he does a great job in its application. Recently, he's posted a couple of screen-plays in addition to his poetry collection. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I enjoy ALL the imagery he uses.

I've read his poetry but not his screenplays yet. However, I can't seem to wrap my mind around some of them. There are two or three that I really like; they are almost like he's lost in time and writing an old epic. While others, I read and think, hmm. Granted, it isn't to say they aren't good. Poetry is as subjective as any art form. I find it to be a wonderful outlet, and I really liked his 'darker' pieces though, the epic type ones. Probably because the style of poetry I like is rather 'heady' and metaphysical, and I just get that feeling from them. I do think he has talent, even if a few don't necessary speak to me. I'm sure my poetry doesn't appeal to every as well, so it just depends on what a person likes. I would encourage him to keep it up though and all deserve further 'inspection.'

Apparently, Tobias has been writing. The link below mentions his play, "It's a Living," to be staged sometime early in 2010. www.edgemarcenter.org/theater-groupClick on his picture to the right to see a very nice photo of him. The captioning reads: "Will work for art. Or money. Or food."
