Santa Baby is one of the two Christmas movies that Tobias has done that will be airing this Christmas. I just found a premiere date for Santa Baby. On the web site for this movie, it list's TM's "d'Artagnan" role as his first credit.  This movie looks like a fun Christmas story and certainly worth watching...not just 'cause TM's in it. |

You see, this is what happens when D proposes to the wrong woman! He get's the cold shoulder. (I could really picture that moment between D and J). Oh, but I kept thinking how nice it was to see him acting! He has such wonderful expressions and a great voice. It was a good role for him (even if he was the one that wanted to sell Christmas out).  |

Anyone notice how much Tobias and Ivan ( the guy that played Luke) looked alike? I wish Tobias could have been the Luke character. Rugged outdoorsy type. Ahhhh! It was definitely different seeing him as someone other than D.

You know, I did think that...but the tall guy's voice was all wrong, and so were the brows!!! Um, what? you mean Ivan right? But too tall for what, being the 'bad' guy? I don't know. I like Tobias in the role he was in, but still found myself wishing it was him that got the girl. When I found out he was playing the 'bad' guy, even before I watched it, I went, aahhh in a very disappointed air. But I think he did a fantastic job. Tobias has the voice and expressions that have caught my attention since I saw him in Sabrina the Teenage Witch movie when I was 15 or 16. He has a way about him and it's too bad we don't get to see more of him, but I think he picks the roles he likes instead of the 'hollywood' star roles that most go for. As for this role, I loved his self-assured arrogance, the way he went after things and the fact that even thought the 'bad' guy, it was still very clear he was hurt when Mary went for Luke after he proposed. Definitely depth there. |

The reference was to Raven's comment of how much Tobias looked like the Luke character. I thought so too, except the height, the voice and the eyebrows. |

I caught this last night (because I was out of town on Saturday). It was a very cute and enjoyable movie. I loved Tobias in his role! He was just 'bad' enough and yet I wanted him to get the girl too! I thought Grant & Luke could've been brothers because they looked so much alike.

I just saw the movie on tonight on the A Channel. Pure cheese . Regardless, I have a vendetta against Jenny McCarthy's character, and not just because she rejects Tobias. She is a rather irritating actress.
Still, I think Mehler does a good job given the role he's in and the other actors he has to play off of. He's darn cute too.
