Here's a place to list the biggest all-time chick-flicks!
I'll start with:
Pride and Prejudice (either version)
Kate and Leopold
Two Weeks Notice

Moonstruck While You were Sleeping Titanic Legends of the Fall (not everyone will agree with this but Pitt's Tristan is so tortured and sad a must see to me at least)
Dances with Wolves ( I can cry just watching the last 5 min. of the movie) Singin in the Rain
They may not all be standard chick flicks but I tend to lump them there.

Legally Blonde (1 and 2) The Bachelor How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (the only 'chick flick' my brother will willingly watch) Deliver Us from Eva Hitch The Parent Trap (either version) Phantom of the Opera Grease Miss Congeniality What Women Want Maid in Manhattan Annie Mean Girls Fever Pitch Just Married Bewitched
--Yes, I know these aren't all 'traditional' chick flicks, but they're what I usually think of when I hear the term. There's plenty more, but I don't want to repeat too much of what everyone else has listed
