I received Mark's cd a month ago and put it directly into my ipod. Have you been to his website lately? There is a link for his "myspace.com" page. I became a member of myspace.com(it's free) Became one of his "friends" and was able to download Beauty Of It All and a beautiful piano version of Sitting Beside both ended up in my ipod. By the way Do you have any of his ringtones? I have Ready to Fall and Someday. There is also Sitting Beside and Love Will Make It Certain available. Can't wait for his new full length cd.

Luckie, no phone to put ring tones in nor ipod thingie to carry songs in a pocket I'm listning to ready to fall and that makes me happy. With my CD I got a letter from Richard Hildrith, Marks publicist... do you know if that is his brother father, cousin or what?

I received the same letter. I have no idea what relation he is. Wish I knew. Have you gone to myspace.com yet? If you do get to download those two songs they can be saved under my documents (i think) on your computer and should be able to play though you computer. Also, when I did a myspace page, I was able to add Beauty Of It All to my page so who ever accesses my profile will here his song.

anyone with the updated contact information to get his stuff, post it please. I tried to a few months ago to get the updated info and they never got back to me with the new address since 29 Productions isn't handling it any more. Would be nice to have the information in this thread for anyone else who still needs and wants a copy of the EP.
On another note. I hate myspace, however, I definitely will be visiting Mark's myspace. I was able to listen to Beauty of it all. Very nicely done. Once again it's him and the keys, which sounds great. Although, I'm interested to know how it would sound recorded with drums, guitar, bass, the works. I actually really like the 29 Pro recording because it was a full band. Regardless, it's nice to hear a new song from him. Now only if he'd get a record deal and we could have a full album.

If you have been to myspace lately check out his blogs. He has started blogging and admits it's fun. Anyway, he has mentioned he is upgrading his current website and expanding it to make it more interactive. He hopes to also have a mailing list soon to keep us updated about concerts, cd releases and such. Here is an exerpt from one of his blogs: "I'm going to take my website to the next level! My web designer Ken Ekdahl and I are going to be making my website MUCH more interactive, so that there's more stuff to see and do there. Instead of just being an info site for fans, it'll be more of a community, with new stuff added more often for you to come check out and be a part of. I want to be able to connect with you guys, get your feelings, thoughts...see how my work affects you, and what you're thinking about! I want to know SO MUCH about this world, and your life interests me! So drop a line at www.mark-hildreth.com, and check back often, there's goos stuff cookin! Thanks! Mark."

A few weeks ago, I emailed Mark through myspace and mentioned that I posted that fact that he now had a myspace page on a Young Blades forum. He emailed me back to ask which one I belonged to he wanted to see how the show was doing. So I emailed back and gave him the address to this site. I wonder if he checked it out or not.

Okay, guys, lets move from MySpace back to Mark's Music, etc. please. That includes discussion of stuff he's doing for his music, song lyrics, songs themselves etc. I know we started discussing MySpace since he has new songs up there, but this thread is specifically for the music, not changes to the site and other information he's posted on the MySpace account. Let's start a seperate thread for that...and keep this one going on topic. thanks, On another note: I contacted Mark to get the updated info for his EP. Apparently they won't release the address unless someone specifically wants to buy a copy. However, anyone who still wants a copy can e-mail music@mark-hildreth.com; the link is on the music section of his official site as well. You must specifically request a copy. They will then send the address and information on how to purchase. Other than that, they will not release the address. If you have any questions, PM me. ;D Enjoy, guys - Dani

Just a note: On Mark's official site, under Music, I just notice yesterday when I was on the page that there are two new songs that weren't originally up on it. I'm sure others have noticed but it's been a while since I was on his page and looked at the music. Apparently he did a cover of John Lennon's Imagine and the other one is Pretending to Live - at least it's one I don't think I've heard before. I've listen to them all enough that I'm pretty sure I'd remember it since it's good. Beauty of It All is also on the list but most have heard it on the MySpace page.

I go to his official site music page almost everyday because I like to listen to his other songs that were not on his 5 song cd. My favorite is Falling in Love. It took 6 weeks for me to hear the full song when I purchased the cd till I received it. I can't wait for the new full-length cd to put into my ipod with the rest of his music. He replaced Magnus with the Imagine(cover) song. I have been waiting for about 3 or so months for him to post that song again(you know where)

Yep, Magnus is now on his MySpace page. It's one of my favorite songs, although very sad. My roommate made the comment that most of his stuff is sad. I let her listen to it yesterday, but I think it's a matter of taste. To me his stuff is very personal and derived from his soul. Not many artist are like that these days...too many cookie cutters shoved through by record execs. I'm glad he reposted it personally. (Loves Siroc, you can mention MySpace, as long as it deals with his music there ...his blogs and and stuff we can discuss in another thread... ;D )

I agree with you about his music is very personal. I think thats why I like it so much. It sounds like it comes from his heart and soul. Like it said in his bio that he tries sing what he feels. I'm very glad that he chose to follow his music side and I wish him a long and meaningful career in the music biz. I know I will be buying all of his cds as they are released.
