It's that time of year again! If you weren't thinking of any of these songs before, maybe you will after reading this. (You're welcome ;D ) 19 more days to go!

I know!
I feel sorry for the people who work in Retail *shudder* Am I ever glad that rite of passage is over for me. I remember working at the cosmetics counter at the local Drugstore chain, and they have their own live radio station streaming from headquarters which basically was a two-hour long playlist on repeat. That they would play it every. single. day. until New Year's.
And that's not the worst of it... They'd start playing the Christmas music the very day after Halloween. Within the blink of an eye, everything spooky and scary was replaced with jingly and jolly and by the first week, you're entire work day was ritualized. You knew what song would follow which, memorized every lyric by heart and swore vengeance under your breath every time you heard 'Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer' for the next eight weeks.
Ahem. I'm not that bitter, honest. I still like John Lennon's "So This is Christmas", no matter how many thousand times I've heard it.

I love Carol of the Bells, since we are talking Christmas music. I guess that can sort of get stuck in your head once you have heard it. Those Trans Siberia Orchestra pieces that you hear all the time that have no words and you just hum along or swing your head and hands to them. Ok, the swinging head and hands is probably just me. But those can get stuck in my head obviously.

Trans Siberia Orchestra - oh, I forgot about those. They're pretty good. I'll have to pull them out. Hopefully they'll take the place of ... Feliz Navidad, Feliz Navidad ... Help! There it goes again.

For me it would have to be Frosty the Snowman. I don't mind though because I love it. ;D
