I saw this openning weekend, did anyone else? I actually liked it better than 'The lion, the witch and the wardrobe', the first was kinda too kiddie like..this one had more adult thered w/ out being too violant or adding sex. although that kiss at the end... I'm pretty sure THAT was NOT in the book... it's been awhile since I read it though.

I can't believe we didn't have a thread for this already. Thanks for adding it, queenqwen. (By the way, it's good to see you again.)
I also liked the second movie better than the first one. There were some things that deviated enough from cannon to raise some brows, but all-in-all, it was a solid movie.
Cinematography and animation was stunning.

Can't argue w/ that. The scenery was good too... they picked some beautiful places to film. *btw, it's good to be back... to quote Robin a bit. *

I saw it twice opening weekend. And each time, I loved it more and more. The battle sequence towards the end of the movie had me clapping and cheering. Such a BEAUTIFUL maneuver! *sighs*
