Ok, a few months back I was planning a medieval themed party... but I tried to do it last minutes, this time, I am planning well ahead of time...

any cookbook recommendations would be good.

and any of our history buffs that can tell me what the sitting order was by rank...

How they annouced the arrival of different ones by rank...etc...

Any other historical info that would help.
